We will generally store your information until it is no longer necessary to provide the Platform or associated services to you, until you ask us to delete it, or until your Account is deleted, whichever comes first; but there are some exceptions to this general rule. We will retain information (including information from deleted Accounts) to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our agreements, and take other actions permitted by law.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. The Platform is intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn that someone using the Platform is under the age of 13 and has provided us with any personal information, we will use that information only to respond directly to that person (or his or her parent or legal guardian) to inform them that they cannot use the Platform.
